We built the platform we wished existed
NexFlow was born from frustration. We watched brilliant managers โ people who cared deeply about their teams โ waste entire evenings copying names into spreadsheets, manually checking contracts, and fielding last-minute shift swaps via WhatsApp.
Workforce management software existed, but it was either priced for enterprise, too complex to adopt, or had not been touched since 2014. We built NexFlow to be something different: intelligent, fast, and genuinely easy to use.
What we believe in
Built for shift workers
We started with the people on the ground โ the managers building rotas at midnight and the employees not knowing their hours until Friday. Every feature is designed around their reality.
Speed as a feature
Every second a manager spends on admin is a second they're not on the floor. We obsess over making the platform fast โ to navigate, to use, and to learn.
Privacy by design
Your data is yours. We store it on UK servers, never sell it, and make it easy to export or delete at any time. GDPR compliance isn't an afterthought โ it's baked in from day one.
Partnership not software
We don't just sell licences. We onboard every customer personally, stay close during rollout, and keep improving based on what our customers actually need.
The journey so far
NexFlow founded after watching a hospitality manager build a 40-person rota in Excel for three hours every Sunday.
First beta customers go live. Rota build time drops from 3+ hours to under 10 minutes on average.
Leave management and mobile clock-in added after consistent customer feedback.
AI scheduling engine launched. Average rota time hits 3 minutes. Multi-location support added.
Thousands of shifts published weekly. Expanding into payroll analytics and enterprise.
